1 in 5 families in Toronto suffer from food insecurity. Community Fridges Toronto (CFTO) is a Toronto-based initiative with a network of fridges and pantries that offer free food to combat food insecurity. Items can be accessed by anyone, at any time, no questions asked.

Serving more than 330 communities across Canada, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides advocacy, programs, and resources for those in need. Funds raised went directly to CMHA’s YouthSMART program - supporting youth.

RISE UP - Charity Rides

RISE UP Charity Rides are an initiative started by RISE CYCLE. Our community of riders come together and ride to help support local causes, charities, and not-for-profit organizations.
We have a goal to support 3 to 4 causes each year with a focus on promoting inclusivity, and mental and physical well-being. 100% of proceeds are donated.
Being able to help others is a gift, and few things feel as good as when we are able to give. We seek to raise funds for initiatives that directly support people within our community.
Follow us on instagram @risecycle, or by subscribing to our monthly newsletter. The rides are always a great time, and with lots of prize give-aways donated by local sponsors. There are no scheduled RISE UP Charities Rides, as they are scheduled on an ad-hoc basis.
