The RISE Experience

Each beat-based class incorporates a free weight segment and is a full-body workout led by motivating instructors with purposefully curated playlists. Each instructor has their own unique style and music. Click on the link below to get to know your instructors and listen to their playlists!

Let’s Get You Ready For Your First Ride.

  • Be prepared to sweat. We recommend wearing a breathable top and bottom. Bring a water bottle, we have got a refill station. Sweat towels are provided!

    Please lock up your phones in your locker and leave large and valuable items at home.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we can set you up with your shoes and bike. Need help setting up your bike? No problem, just let us know when you arrive. We are always happy to help.


    For the safety and experience of our riders late-entries and early exits are strictly prohibited.

  • Spin shoes are complimentary with every ride. Just ask and we will show you how these work. If you have your own shoes, we use Look Keo cleats.

  • The first time doing anything new can feel awkward and challenging. Good news, it's only a stationary bike, and you can sit down anytime. Let go of the expectations and have a great time!

  • Riders are able to change a reservation without a penalty within the allowed time frame:

    • No later than 8PM for classes next morning (before 12:00 PM). No later than 8AM for same day classes (after 12:01 PM).

    Changes made outside of this time frame is subject to penalty, as a bike is reserved for you. For details of the penalties, please view our Good-To-Know section.

    All changes must be made through members' account or mobile app.
