Membership Freeze Request Form
Monthly members may be eligible to freeze their membership while away. To find freeze eligibility for your membership please refer to the membership descriptions at www.risecycle.ca/pricing.
Freeze request should be submitted at least 7 days prior to your desired freeze date. Minimum freeze period is 14 days. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Members will not charged for the duration of the freeze. The following renewal is simply postponed by the number of days of the freeze.
