Cancellation / Change Form

Please allow us 2 business days to process your request. We will provide you with an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

Cancellation requests for monthly auto-renew passes (including Unlimited Pass) should be made at minimum 30 days prior to your billing date. Cancellations can only be processed while membership is active (and not during a freeze).

Membership changes can be made with minimum 7 days prior to your billing date.
